Each new customer you add and render options for counts toward your plan's monthly presentation volume. The Solo plan doesn't cap this; Team and Growth do.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
You'll see a heads-up on your dashboard once you're near your plan's limit — you're not cut off mid-presentation. Reach out and we'll get you onto the right plan.
What if I need more seats than my plan?
Seats are enforced per plan — adding a team member past your plan's limit prompts an upgrade first. Reach out any time to move to a bigger plan.
